Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order—but if something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

• Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Must include a note with your order number and full name.

  • Must be requested within 14 days of the shipment date.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect, and the item is still in stock. If the item is unavailable, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.

Shipping Policy

We ship both domestically and internationally from the United States using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

• Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and packaged within 1–5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

• Shipping Times:

  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

  • Preorder items require 2–6 weeks to be produced and processed before shipping.

• Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

• Shipping Costs:

  • Free shipping is available on all orders over $100.

  • Orders under $100 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.

• Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Fort Mill, SC.
